Our mission is to positively impact every player and parent that travels with Madrid Soccer by fusing soccer and cultural experiences into one unforgettable trip and leave a mark on every player that inspires them to continue working hard to reach their goals in life - both on and off the field.
Why Madrid?
Madrid Soccer was born as a project to connect Spain and the USA through a common love of the most popular game in the world. We strongly believe that success on the field is rooted in developing fundamental foot and communication skills, mutual respect, healthy competition, and the sharing of cultural experiences that generate a lasting impact on players' lives, both personally and professionally. We engage players both on and off the field through a full immersion cultural experience, finding enjoyment and learning opportunities through different soccer techniques, a new language, rich traditions, and of course…FOOD!
Why Travel with Madrid Soccer?
I am incredibly proud of my country and our contribution to the world of soccer, and I really enjoy sharing this passion with everyone who visits Spain. Our goal is to offer unique life experiences to players of all soccer levels while showing them the best that Spain (especially Madrid) has to offer. From our rich gastronomic traditions to centuries-old cities and our passion for life, Spain is a unique and exciting place to visit. Obviously, soccer plays a crucial role in the Spanish culture and infusing our trips with this love of the game is our main goal as a tour company.

Madrid Soccer Director, Carlos Tello (center) with Spanish National coach Vicente del Bosque
About the Director
Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Carlos Tello grew up with a passion for the game from a young age. Following in the footsteps of his father (also a professional goalkeeper), Carlos developed an early talent in the net. After seven years playing with Real Madrid's prestigious Academy teams and then another ten years playing for the likes of professional Spanish teams such as San Sebastián de los Reyes, Alcorcon, Alcalá de Henares and Móstoles C.D., Carlos decided to move to the United States in 2007.
How it all Started
In 2013 and after six years coaching at the university, high school and youth levels in Atlanta, GA, Carlos decided to combine his love of Spain with his passion for soccer by bringing the first youth team to Madrid. Having long-standing professional relationships with the coaching and directive staff of the Spanish Federation as well as those of some of Madrid's world-renowned teams, Carlos thought "I have the contacts in my hometown, and the kids who have the motivation to travel... So, why shouldn't I organize a trip that combines my passion for the game with my love of Spanish culture?"
The first trip to Madrid was a complete success. The players enjoyed the "full soccer immersion", and both parents and players enjoyed the cultural experience. Players and parents experience a 24/7 soccer environment while staying at the Ciudad del Futbol - the home of the Spanish National Team; in fact, Carlos's players were able to watch the Spanish National Youth team train during their stay. A tour of Real Madrid's Stadium and attending an official Real Madrid game at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium rounded out an incomparable opportunity to experience the purest essence of the most popular game in the world.
